If you going to watch your favorite ball team or asked to make something for a party. Here are a few easy fun and very tasty snacks. Oh you are allowed to make these tonight, just because you want to eat them yourself.

Smoked Meat Balls
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoon Butcher BBQ Wyld Addiction Seasoning
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or mixer, and combine until mixture holds together.
Preheat your smoker to 225ºF and your favorite wood. Form the meat into 3/4 oz balls. Smoke at 225ºF until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. Check internal temperature with an instant-read thermometer. The Instant Read Digital Thermometer from Butcher BBQ offers an accurate reading every time.
While the meatballs are smoking, prepare the red sauce.
Red Sauce
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 Tablespoon Herb and Tomato Bratwurst Mix from Butcher BBQ
3 tablespoon tomato paste
2 (28-ounce) cans of whole peeled tomatoes
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (optional)
Add oil and garlic to a large pot and heat over medium-low heat until garlic begins to sizzle. Add the Herb and Tomato Bratwurst Mix and stir until garlic begins to turn a light golden color. Stir in tomato paste and cook, continually stirring for 3 minutes. Add canned tomatoes and their juices, increasing the heat to medium-high. Bring to a simmer and then lower, occasionally stirring for about 30 minutes. Add salt and stir in melted butter. Combine the delicious red sauce with your fully cooked smoked meatballs for a superb start to your festivities.
