Grilling vegetables is the prime way to bring out its flavors! These brussels sprouts are simply grilled in just a few steps. They’re oiled and seasoned with Butcher BBQ’s all-around tasty Premium Rub. Then they’re skewered, kabob-style, and charred on the grill for just a few minutes. Grilled brussel sprout kabobs are easy to prepare and throw on the grill alongside whatever else you’re cooking. It doesn’t take too much time or many ingredients to put this dish together. Plus, the savory flavor from Butcher BBQ’s Premium Rub makes these vegetables versatile enough to serve with just about anything. Try these grilled brussels sprouts with a batch of Coffee-Rubbed Skirt Steak, potatoes, and salad for a comforting and satisfying dinner for the family.

You can also customize these grilled kabobs with chunks of meat and other vegetables that cook for about the same time. Then, you can serve them for snacking or take apart the kabob for bite-size pieces. Brussel sprouts sometimes get a bad rep, but are so tasty when cooked to perfection. These brussels get a nice char on the grill — That means those crispy, crunchy outer leaves are full of flavor!

Ingredients
1 lb brussel sprouts, washed and trimmed
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp Premium Rub
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium heat, approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Meanwhile, prepare the brussel sprouts. If they are extra large, half them.
Place the brussel sprouts in a medium bowl and drizzle with avocado oil. Using tongs, toss to coat the oil. Sprinkle the Premium Rub over the brussel sprouts and toss again to evenly distribute the seasonings.
Skewer the oiled and seasoned brussels on 2-3 metal skewers.
Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook, rotating every 3 minutes, until nicely charred on all sides and barely fork tender, about 10 minutes.
Remove from the grill and let cool slightly before serving.
