A creamy, cheesy dip is simple to cook up and often enjoyed by just about everyone! This spinach artichoke dip is great for appetizers during family time or an afternoon hosting friends. Then, it's presented in a festive mini pumpkin — Those little pumpkins are usually abundant at grocery stores this time of year, and are easy enough to cut and carve for this dip. Just carve it up like you would a regular pumpkin and fill it up with the warm dip. Kids and adults alike will get a kick out of it!

Spinach artichoke dip is a classic appetizer or party dip. It's cheesy, savory, salty, and so satisfying. Plus, you can sneak in some vegetables without barely noticing. The Grilling Addiction Seasoning is a great way to bring those flavors from grill grate to stovetop. Spices including garlic and onion pair perfectly with the marinated artichokes and add flavor to the plain base of cream cheese and spinach. It’s an all-in-one, easy way to season and add a boost of flavor to this dip! Feel free to use more or less Grilling Addiction to season to your liking.

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
10 oz cooked spinach
1 ½ cups marinated artichokes, roughly chopped
1 tbsp Grilling Addiction Seasoning
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Mini pumpkin, to serve
Tortilla chips, to serve
Directions
Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add the cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, artichokes, and Grilling Addiction Seasoning to the saucepan. Cook, stirring to combine, until the ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is warmed through, about 5 minutes.
Add the parmesan and mozzarella cheeses and stir to combine. Cook, stirring often, until the cheese is completely melted, about 5 minutes.
For an extra festive Halloween touch, serve the dip in a mini hollowed out pumpkin!
